The ability to recognize the relationship between healthful habits and optimal physical health (such as eating a balanced diet, daily exercise, obtaining immunizations, etc.) is essential to physical wellness. Physical wellness is the ability to engage fully in activities of our daily life without undue physical strain or fatigue. You never know how you could end up helping each other. Foster friendships with those with the same career interests as you.Internships are valuable learning experiences that can help you discern your career goals. Even if you are not able to work many hours, you will gain valuable experience and have references that are needed for future employment.
